If you have a veterinary emergency or a question that cannot wait until business hours, please call the office at (706) 654-1111.  We have an answering service that will direct your call accordingly.  There is a doctor on call for small animal emergencies until midnight, and one on call for large animals 24 hours a day.  Emergencies do incur an emergency fee, and this fee increases as the night progresses.  If you have an emergency it is better to call earlier than later, both for your animal's health and your finances.  Our policy is to receive payment in full when services are rendered.

After midnight (and on some holidays), small animal emergencies will be referred to An-Emerge, an emergency clinic in Gainesville, GA. We also will refer your animal to An-Emerge if our doctors are not available or we believe your animal needs monitoring over night. Doctors remain on staff at An-Emerge through the night.  They are open when we are closed.
